What the Client Came to Us With
Low online sales that didn’t even cover the work of the managers. A problematic online store: slow photo loading,
poorly structured content (service and sales information mixed together), poor mobile version
(which is especially critical as 95% of customers are women aged 25+ with a good income level),
insufficient visual quality of the Instagram page, and marketing problems — lack of sufficient communication with clients.

What We Did

  1. Identified key marketing points: mobile-first focus on the website, Instagram visualization, and deepened marketing efforts.
  2. First, we revamped the mobile version of the website — adapted the presentation of photos and products to an Instagram style.
  3. Redesigned Instagram — created layouts according to the brand's DNA.
  4. Took full responsibility for the visual aspect and Instagram management (SMM): from creating creatives, layouts, and texts
    to mockups for messenger newsletters and a showroom in TSUM. We also produced 3 stories and 1 post per day.
  5. Managed the website — updating prices, adding new products, sales, and more.
  6. Organized an Instagram advertising campaign to boost sales (focused on Direct inquiries).
  7. Set up remarketing on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to bring back clients who didn’t make purchases.
  8. Identified and resolved the payment issue through Fondy (limits and blocks were removed).
  9. Launched a new, well-optimized website.
  10. Performed SEO and continue to grow sales through the TOP 10 on Google.com.ua.

Results

  1. Increased sales to 7,000 euros in 1.5 months — a 3x growth.
  2. Quadrupled views of Stories and posts on Instagram.
  3. Brought several queries into the TOP 10.
  4. Improved the website's conversion rate from 1.6% to 15% — nearly 15 times more people now stay and buy compared to before.
