What Happened

1. The client approached us with a request to launch an advertising campaign, as they had a strong desire to expand their subscriber base and offer their services beyond one region. After analyzing the website, we realized that advertising would not be cost-effective—the client's average transaction value was low, their service packaging was outdated, and they would lose out in competition with larger brands in advertising.

2. Client's tasks and expectations:
   - Increase the average transaction value of the subscriber base;
   - Expand the base of B2B clients;
   - Extend the service area beyond the current region;
   - Increase the number of service connection requests;
   - Achieve overall annual sales growth.

What We Did

1. Conducted marketing efforts together with the client's team.
2. Identified key target audiences, services, and packages that are most attractive in terms of profitability.
3. Determined key growth points for sales.
4. Created marketing recommendations based on the 5P formula.
5. Visualized all recommendations in a new design—a modern and ready-to-use "packaging" of services tailored to each target group.
6. Proposed and implemented package offers that increased the average transaction value per subscriber to 600-700 UAH among individual customers.
7. Developed service "packaging" for the B2B segment.
8. Wrote key texts for the website and established a new style of communication with clients.
9. Developed promotional offers, including those with partner integrations.
10. Redesigned the website's usability. Payments can now be made in one click, with promotional offers visible on every screen.
11. Implemented a structure for SEO and laid the groundwork for positioning the client in Google's Top 10 for relevant search queries.

RESULTS

1. A 450% increase in website traffic within the first month after launch.
2. The client's subscribers have given positive feedback on the new website, describing it as a more user-friendly resource.
