WHAT THE CLIENT REQUESTED

1. The website consistently generated inquiries, but the conversion rate into sales was quite low.  
2. It was necessary to increase the "average transaction value" and enter a new pricing segment for event hosting services.  
3. Redesign the website, which had become outdated both physically and morally.  
4. Retain all positions in the TOP 10 on Google.com.ua, which had been achieved over many years of work.

WHAT WE DID

1. Conducted internet marketing research: competitor analysis (websites, Instagram, and Facebook accounts), defined the desired target audience, their lifestyle, interests, and the format of selecting contractors for their events. We worked closely with the client to determine the "visuals" in their mind to best match the desired visual presentation.

2. Based on internet marketing research, the client’s photoshoot, and the target audience’s preferences, we developed two design concepts. One of them was taken as the basis and refined. Within a week, the client approved a design that matched the premium segment of the target audience.

3. We also worked on the client’s USP. We discarded the old slogan, "The magician of your celebration," as it evoked associations with a "fairy tale," which is not the image we wanted to convey to potential clients. A new USP was developed with an emotional appeal, emphasizing the high level of service provided by the host, especially for demanding clients.

4. Among the developed concept screens, we paid special attention to providing information for multiple target audiences: individual customers, corporate clients, and event agencies, with a prioritized structure.

5. A new website is being developed.

6. Work is being carried out to transfer all SEO achievements to maintain the website's top positions on Google.

7. Integration of the new website with a Telegram chatbot is in progress.
