- Took full responsibility for Instagram visuals and management (SMM) – from creating creatives, grid layouts, and texts to designing templates for messenger newsletters and the showroom in TSUM. Additionally, we create 3 stories and 1 post daily.
- Managed the website – updating prices, adding new products, sales, and more.
- Organized an Instagram ad campaign to boost sales (focused on Direct inquiries).
- Set up remarketing on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to re-engage clients who did not complete a purchase.
- Addressed and solved payment issues with Fondy (removed limits and blocks).
- Launched a newly updated website.
- Performed SEO optimization and continue driving sales through reaching the TOP-10 on Google.com.ua.
